Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala held a crucial meeting with Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi, resulting in the approval of several significant projects for the state. This collaboration between the central and state governments promises to expedite the execution of vital initiatives, accelerating the pace of progress in Haryana.

Among the approved projects are the construction of bypasses at three locations in Haryana under the Bharatmala project. These bypasses include the Northern Bypass in Uchana, and bypasses in Hisar and Jind. Deputy CM Chautala expressed satisfaction with the Centre’s approval, assuring swift commencement of work on these bypass projects.

One of the major announcements is the introduction of entry and exit points on 152-D for the convenience of the people in Mahendragarh district. These access points, particularly near Baghot village, aim to facilitate smoother travel for residents in the region using the 152-D route. Deputy CM Chautala highlighted that this decision comes as a relief to the people, emphasizing his commitment to addressing the demands raised during protests by the local communities.

Furthermore, Chautala informed about the green signal from the central government for the construction of an underpass in Panchkula. This underpass, located on the dividing road between Sector 26 and 27, along the Panchkula-Yamuna Nagar National Highway, is anticipated to alleviate traffic concerns in the city.

In a bid to enhance connectivity, surveys will be conducted for the upgrade of the Gurugram-Farukh Nagar-Jhajjar-Dadri-Loharu Road. Additionally, possibilities of connecting Nelson Mandela Marg from Delhi to MG Road and linking Gurugram-Faridabad Road are being explored.

The outcome of this meeting signifies a collaborative effort towards infrastructure development in Haryana, promising positive implications for both urban and rural residents. The swift approvals and planned projects reflect a commitment to fostering progress and connectivity in the state.
