During his door-to-door campaign in Rohtak, Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Hooda met with residents who expressed their grievances over various government portals and welfare schemes. The elderly complained about their pensions being stopped due to discrepancies in the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP), while women raised concerns about their ration cards being struck off.

Hooda claimed that people were facing inconveniences due to the portal systems, as they often remained closed or experienced server issues, forcing them to visit government offices repeatedly. He highlighted the main problems faced by the public, including family ID, PPP, supply of dirty water, and corruption in the corporation.

Criticizing the BJP government, Hooda alleged that it had deprived people of welfare schemes by trapping them in portals like PPP, property ID, and "Meri Fasal Mera Byora." He claimed that under the guise of PPP, ration cards of 8.3 lakh families had been removed, and the pensions of about 5 lakh people were struck off due to flaws in the system.

Hooda promised that if the Congress government is formed, they would abolish the portal system and introduce the highest pension of Rs 6,000 per month in the country. Additionally, he assured the reinstatement of ration cards for those who had lost them.

Questioning the functioning of the current government, Hooda stated that people were troubled by record inflation, unemployment, corruption, and increasing crime rates. He vowed to address these issues and provide a more people-friendly administration if elected to power.
