Shocking Crime in Kaithal: Father Kills 11-Year-Old Daughter Over Suspicion

In one ghastly incident reported from Kaithal, it is learnt that the father strangled his 11-year-old daughter to death.

The crime came to light when the perpetrator himself called the police control room, stating that his daughter had been kidnapped and his money stolen. 

Fake Story Unravels Quickly 

In this case, the perpetrator, identified as Govardhan from the Jind district, had taken his daughter with him to meet her mother. However, on the way back, he allegedly committed the crime near a canal.

Police traced his call through voice tracking and detained him. When a team reached the spot, the girl’s body was recovered from a pit near the canal.

Confession During Interrogation

During questioning, the accused admitted to the murder. Preliminary investigation revealed a shocking motive — he reportedly suspected his wife’s character and believed that the child was not his biological daughter.

Police officials, including DSP Sushil Prakash, have confirmed that further investigation is in progress to establish all aspects of this case.
