55 Rounds Fired at Music Company Office in Karnal; Four Bikers Flee After Attack

A music company's IT office in Karnal's Alpha City area became the target of a brazen daylight attack Wednesday morning when four armed men on motorcycles fired approximately 55 rounds before fleeing. The incident left walls and glass windows riddled with bullet marks but fortunately resulted in no casualties.

The Attack

Three to four assailants arrived on two motorcycles around morning hours and unleashed heavy gunfire at the office premises. The sustained firing created panic in the neighborhood as residents scrambled for safety. Bullet marks are clearly visible on walls and glass surfaces, indicating the intensity of the attack.

The attackers fled immediately after the firing, leaving behind shell casings and a terrorized community. The motive behind the attack remains under investigation.

Police Response

SP Ganga Ram Punia confirmed four youth arrived on two bikes and escaped after firing multiple rounds. "The victim party has filed a complaint with police, based on which an FIR is being registered," he stated, adding that no injuries were reported.

Multiple police teams led by SP and DSP rushed to the scene and cordoned off the area. Officers recovered bullet shells from the location and are examining CCTV footage from nearby cameras to identify the attackers.

Four separate investigation teams have been deployed to track down the suspects. The FSL team has also collected evidence from the crime scene for forensic analysis. 

Ongoing Investigation

Police are investigating from every angle to determine the motive behind the attack. Authorities appealed to citizens to immediately report any suspicious persons or activities. 

SP Punia mentioned that the complainant is cooperating fully with the investigation. Responding to a viral post about the incident, police clarified they are pursuing all leads systematically.

The attack has raised concerns about security in the area, with residents demanding swift action against the perpetrators. Police have assured that efforts are underway to arrest the accused at the earliest.
