The state education board has made extensive preparations to guarantee a fair and cheat-free examination process for the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET), which is scheduled for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, July 30-31, 2025.

To ensure the seamless conduct of the HTET exam, the Haryana School Education Board, Bhiwani, has implemented robust security measures. Board spokesperson announced that all candidates will undergo metal detector screening and biometric verification before entering examination centers.

To prevent any irregularities or anti-social activities, live monitoring of exam centers will be done through CCTV cameras from the high-tech Command and Control Center established at the board headquarters.Artificial Intelligence (AI) software will be used by the monitoring system to identify any questionable exam-related activity. For added security, police officers will be stationed outside each testing location.

All officials and employees have received strict instructions from the board to wear their identity cards while on exam duty and to abide by all rules set forth by the board. Everyone involved has been asked to make every possible effort to conduct the examination successfully without any problems.

To crack down strictly on copying and other irregularities, approximately 220 effective flying squads have been appointed across the state. The board spokesperson warned that if any candidate or official/staff member is found involved in any kind of fraud, irregularity, or crime at any examination center, strict action will be taken against them.

Over 4 lakh candidates from across the state will appear in the examination at 673 test centers. The exam schedule is divided into three sessions over two days. Level-3 (PGT) examination will be conducted on July 30 (Wednesday) from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Level-2 (TGT) examination will be held on July 31 (Thursday) from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. On the same day, July 31 (Thursday), Level-1 (PRT) examination will be conducted from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

In an important update, the board has changed the name of one examination center in Jind district. Scholars International School, Manoharpur is the new name for the institution that was formerly known as Guru Dronacharya Public School, Village Manoharpur. In order to prevent confusion on exam day, the Board Secretary urged candidates to download their admit cards again in light of this change.

The education board is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the HTET examination is conducted in a completely transparent manner. The use of modern technology like AI surveillance and biometric verification shows the government's commitment to maintaining the integrity of teacher recruitment process in Haryana.

Candidates are advised to reach the examination centres before time and carry all the necessary documents including admit card and Government Id Card. Candidates will have to go through security checks including metal detector scanning and biometric verification upon their entry in Exam center.
