9th Grade Student Raped in Faridabad: Abducted on Way to School and Dropped Back After Classes

A disturbing case of sexual assault has emerged from Faridabad where two young men allegedly raped a 9th-grade minor student after taking her to an isolated location. Police have registered a case based on the victim's complaint but have yet to arrest any suspects. The perpetrators picked up the girl while she was walking to school and later dropped her outside the school premises before fleeing.

Tigaon Station House Officer Rajbir reported that the minor girl is a 9th-grade student. She has accused an unidentified vehicle-borne young man of taking her to a secluded place and raping her last Saturday. According to the student's statement to police, she was on her way to school on Saturday when two young men in a vehicle approached her. They convinced her to get into their car and drove her to an isolated spot. There, one of the men in the vehicle sexually assaulted her. 

Dropped Outside School After Classes

Police stated that after the assault, the accused men dropped the victim outside her school at dismissal time before fleeing the scene. According to the girl, she doesn't know either of the assailants. They had tricked her into entering their vehicle by offering to drop her at school. 

Police Register Case 

The Station House Officer said that based on the student's complaint, a case under the POCSO Act has been registered against the unknown vehicle-borne young men. A search for the suspects is underway. Four teams—two from the Crime Branch and two from Tigaon police station—have been formed to track down the perpetrators. 

The Station House Officer added that everyone from Assistant Commissioner of Police and Deputy Commissioner of Police to the Police Commissioner is monitoring this case closely. The teams were formed under their direction. He assured that both accused young men would be arrested soon.
