The initiative aims to provide employment opportunities to 60,000 youth from families with an annual income of less than 1.80 lakh rupees. Additionally, recruitment processes for 60,000 Group C and D positions are set to conclude in the coming months, with over 13,000 government jobs available without interviews within 15 days.

The Chief Minister emphasised that the results of the Group D Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) would be released soon, with over 2 lakh candidates passing out of approximately 3.25 lakh who appeared for the exam. He highlighted the ongoing Group C examinations and detailed the allocation of positions across various sectors, including 7,500 forest friends, 15,000 contractual employees, 10,000 factory workers, 15,000 civil engineering contractors, and 7,500 Atal Seva Kendra operators.

Manohar Lal outlined plans for skill development in civil engineering, aiming to train youth and create a pool of new contractors for government projects. The government has already provided 1,10,000 jobs, and the upcoming 60,000 positions will be distributed based on merit as part of the mission. The Chief Minister acknowledged the global recognition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whether for international yoga recognition or the international celebration of Geeta Jayanti, highlighting India's cultural reach.

Furthermore, he shared the government's efforts to create job opportunities for Haryana's youth abroad, stating that over 60% of the population is now serious about various issues. The state has initiated a campaign to provide overseas employment by training and sending youth to Israel for jobs. Ensuring security and salaries exceeding 1 lakh, the government has implemented Mission Merit, offering jobs based on merit without paperwork or expenses.

Haryana's youth are making a distinctive mark nationwide, contributing to the state's progress. The Chief Minister expressed the government's commitment to addressing serious concerns and empowering the youth to excel globally.
