Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini hosted a reception to honor successful UPSC candidates from Haryana at his official residence. During the celebration, the Chief minister personally congratulated each qualifier and praised their dedication and perseverance in cracking India's toughest competitive examinations.

"Your achievement is the direct result of your relentless hard work and determination," Saini told the gathering of young civil servants. "I extend my heartfelt congratulations not only to you but also to your families who supported you throughout this challenging journey."

The Chief Minister emphasized that these achievements bring immense pride to Haryana, noting that the state continues to produce exceptional talent in civil services despite fierce nationwide competition. He urged the successful candidates to maintain their connection to their roots while serving the nation.

"You have brought glory to your villages, families, and the entire state of Haryana," Saini remarked. "Now you face an even greater responsibility—to work for the people with dedication and integrity."

In a moment that lightened the atmosphere, the Chief Minister added with characteristic Haryanvi humor, "You are Haryana's sons and daughters. Even after your training, you'll plant your staff firmly" (a traditional expression meaning to make one's mark or establish authority).

Several senior officials attended the function, including members of the state cabinet and veteran civil servants who shared their experiences with the newly selected officers. The successful candidates expressed their gratitude for the recognition and pledged to uphold the values of public service throughout their careers.

"We want to see even more successful candidates from Haryana next year," Saini said as he concluded the ceremony. "Our state has always produced leaders in every field, and administration should be no exception."

As the event ended, the Chief Minister posed for photographs with each candidate, telling them his door would always remain open for guidance throughout their service careers.
