Haryana's Another Son Naveen Sheoran Martyred, Accident Claims Life

Indian Air Force soldier Naveen Sheoran has attained martyrdom while serving in Leh-Ladakh. The brave soldier from Haryana lost his life in an unfortunate accident. Naveen Sheoran, a resident of Kakdauli Hukmi village in Charkhi Dadri district, slipped and drowned while crossing a river. According to reports, his foot slipped during the river crossing, and he was swept away by the current. His body was recovered after 24 hours of search operations.

Naveen had been serving the nation since 2020 and was scheduled for transfer to Delhi in August this year. The news of his untimely death has cast a pall of gloom over his village. His final rites will be performed today at 4 PM with full military honors. 

Born in an ordinary family to Satish Sheoran, Naveen was the younger of two brothers. Since childhood, he had nurtured the dream of serving the nation. Through hard work and unwavering determination, he fulfilled this dream four years ago by joining the Indian Air Force.

Patriotism ran in Naveen's blood – his grandfather Dharmsingh had also served in the Indian Army. Currently posted in the harsh and snowy conditions of Leh-Ladakh, Naveen Sheoran performed his duties wsith whole heart and attained martyrdom while protecting Mother India until his last breath.
