Shocking: Two Minor Brothers Rape 5-Year-Old Girl in Jind, Case Registered

In a shocking and disturbing incident in Jind district of Haryana, two minor brothers sexually assaulted a 5-year-old girl. This incident occurred in residential Colony where multiple families live as tenants, the area come under City Police Station 's jurisdiction. 

According to official reports, the victim's mother had gone to the rooftop to hang clothes when the alleged assault took place. She stated in her complaint that during her brief absence, two brothers aged 10-12 years from another family residing in the same building sexually assaulted her daughter. 

Following the incident, the mother filed a formal complaint at the nearest Police Station. Police officials responded by registering a case and launching an investigation immediately. Sub-Inspector Rajesh, who is investigating the case, confirmed that they have initiated proceedings based on the mother's statement. "The victim has undergone medical examination as per protocol, and we have registered a case against the two juveniles under the POCSO Act provisions related to sexual assault," he stated. 

Authorities have filed charges against both minors following the mother's testimony and preliminary medical findings. Both the accused and the victim live as tenants in the same residential complex.

This particular incident has sent shockwaves in the community and led discussion about child safety especially in residential environments where families live in close proximity.

Police are gathering more evidence and statements and will follow appropriate juvenile justice procedures throughout the case given the age of the accused.
