The planned townships are thoughfully integrated with the already existing and upcoming infrastructure. For instance, the New Gurugram township will leverage the area's established industrial ecosystem, while the Hisar location capitalizes on proximity to the new airport. The Greater Faridabad township is strategically positioned to benefit from the upcoming Jewar Airport, showcasing the government's forward-thinking approach to industrial development.
Strict Timeline for the Project
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has ordered officials to present a detailed blueprint within one month, setting a strict timeline for the project. The implementation process will begin with three pilot townships, allowing the government to refine its approach before full-scale deployment. NITI Aayog has already approved the project indicating the support of Central government.
Balanced Regional Development
The government has initiated an internal survey of additional areas beyond the initially identified locations taking into consideration the significanmce of balance regional growth. This comprehensive approach ensures that districts not included in the first phase might still benefit from future industrial parks and zones, based on land availability and local conditions.
