The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) is set to implement a revamped Common Eligibility Test system with a one-time registration feature. Under this new system, candidates who have completed their 10th standard can register once and simply update their academic qualifications as they progress, eliminating the need for multiple registrations. The cabinet has already approved this modified policy, and implementation details will be announced soon.

Digital Initiatives and Grievance Redressal

In a significant move towards digitalization, the commission will launch a dedicated grievance portal in January. This platform will enable candidates to interact with officials through video conferencing, making the complaint resolution process more accessible and efficient. The commission also plans to organize comprehensive solution camps to address candidates' concerns promptly.

Employment Achievement Highlights

The commission has demonstrated remarkable efficiency by providing employment to 36,000 youth in just 56 working days. A notable achievement includes 401 families receiving multiple job placements - 396 families in Group C positions and five families in Group D positions. The recruitment drive showed impressive age diversity, with successful candidates up to 50 years old in Group C and 48 years in Group D positions.

Several villages have shown outstanding performance in government recruitment. Satnali village in Mahendragarh led with the highest selection rate, followed by Pai village in Kaithal and Chang village in Bhiwani. Other successful regions include Bhuna (Fatehabad), Dubbaldhan (Jhajjar), and Gorakhpur (Fatehabad), showcasing widespread geographical representation in government employment.
