The Haryana Story reports a disturbing incident that unfolded during an election campaign in Uchana, Haryana. Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) candidate Dushyant Chautala and his ally Chandrashekhar from Azad Samaj Party (ASP) faced a violent attack during their road show in Uchana Kalan village.

The incident occurred late in the evening when the convoy reached Uchana Kalan. Chautala and Chandrashekhar were leading the procession on a chariot, with their cars following behind. Suddenly, a group of young men infiltrated the convoy and began causing chaos. They kicked up dust and dirt, creating confusion among the supporters.

Amidst the commotion, an unidentified person hurled a stone at Chandrashekhar's car, damaging it. The road show was immediately halted, and news of the attack spread quickly through the area, drawing more party workers to the scene. Local police, including the Station House Officer (SHO) of Uchana police station, arrived at the location. A heated argument ensued between Dushyant Chautala and the SHO. Chautala demanded the immediate arrest of the attackers, while the SHO suggested filing a formal complaint first.

Expressing his frustration with the police response, Chautala issued an ultimatum, giving the authorities one hour to take action against the perpetrators. The incident drew a large crowd to the area, heightening tensions. Following the attack, Chandrashekhar was forced to leave the scene in a different vehicle for his safety. The incident has raised concerns about security during election campaigns and the potential for violence in the run-up to the polls.

This attack on a high-profile political convoy highlights the charged atmosphere surrounding the Haryana elections. It underscores the need for increased security measures to ensure the safety of candidates and supporters during campaign events. As investigations begin, questions arise about the motives behind the attack and whether it was a spontaneous act or a planned disruption of the JJP-ASP alliance's campaign efforts in Uchana.

The Haryana Story will continue to follow this developing story, providing updates on the police investigation and any political fallout from this violent incident.
