Manu Bhaker, a young shooter from Haryana, has made India proud by reaching the final of the 10m Air Pistol event at the Paris Olympics. Bhaker, who comes from Jhajjar district, showed her skill by scoring 580 out of 600 points in the qualification round. This impressive performance placed her third among all shooters. Bhaker's success is even more special because she is the only Indian athlete competing in three different shooting events at these Olympics. Besides the 10m Air Pistol, she will also participate in the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team and the Women's 25m Pistol events.
Unfortunately, India's other shooter in this event, Rhythm Sangwan, couldn't make it to the final. Sangwan finished 15th with 573 points.
