In a strong warning to criminals indulging in extortion and threatening businessmen, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has vowed to take strict action against them. Speaking at the 'Vijay Sankalp Rally' in Bahadurgarh, Jhajjar district, the CM sent a clear message to those making threat calls, saying they would face consequences if they don't mend their ways.

"Traders need not be scared as we know how to teach a lesson to people making threat calls. We will not spare them in any condition. I am available for you round the clock, and the police too have been directed to take stern and prompt action against such people. The state government has vowed to ensure the safety of traders and all other sections of society as well," said the CM.

Saini's tough words against extortionists comes in the wake of reports of businessmen receiving threatening calls demanding money. The CM assured the traders that the government is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for them to conduct their business activities without fear.

During the rally, Saini also launched an attack on the Congress party, accusing them of failing to address poverty during their long rule. "The Congress leaders should tell the people which Aladdin's lamp they have with the help of which they will be able to eliminate poverty in one go. The Congress is trying to mislead people by telling lies, but it will not succeed as people know the real face of Congress leaders," he said.

The CM further criticised the previous Hooda government in the state, claiming that farmers received very little compensation for crop losses during that tenure. "Farmers used to get cheques of merely some rupees for their crop losses in the Congress government. The BJP government had provided them huge compensation for bailing them out of the crisis," he added.
