In Haryana, ever since the BJP-JJP alliance broke, there has been a lot of turmoil in the JJP. A long line of people are leaving the party. Naina Chautala, mother of former deputy CM Dushyant Chautala and JJP's Hisar candidate, has advised these leaders and workers.
Naina said, "This is the party's bad time. Those who are with us now are the true workers. The rest are 'aya ram gaya ram' types, they came in 2019 and are leaving in 2024." She expressed surprise at Radhika Godara's resignation, as Radhika is like her aunt. Naina said Radhika fell for greed, but even there her wishes won't be fulfilled.
Naina said, "We can't even force children to stay in the family. A party is like a family. No one can force a worker to stay through oppression." She asked people to see the candidate and their family's work while voting. She praised Dushyant's works - taking a tractor to Parliament, getting toll tax waived for farmers, providing water to villages.
Naina said, "People say Dushyant did a lot of work as an MP. I also got water tankers inspired by him." She has been campaigning hard in Hisar, as people don't even remember the name of the sitting MP. Taunting those leaving, she said, "These people can never be well-wishers of the party."
