Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini Supports Modi's Vision for India's Development

Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini rallied supporters in Ratia, emphasising PM Modi's commitment to propel India's progress. Advocating for BJP candidate Ashok Tanwar, Saini urged voters to compare the achievements of Modi's administration with previous governments.

At the public meeting, Saini lauded the BJP-led double-engine governments in Haryana and at the Centre, highlighting remarkable development initiatives. He hailed PM Modi's 10-year tenure, asserting his dedication to catapulting India to global preeminence.

Saini highlighted Modi's resolve to ensure shelter and food security for all, citing initiatives like providing clean water to households and implementing healthcare schemes like Ayushman Card and Chirayu. He contrasted Congress's hollow promises with Modi's tangible efforts in poverty alleviation, citing the opening of bank accounts for 50 crore people.

Moreover, Saini underscored the impact of schemes like Ujjwala Yojana on empowering women and providing financial assistance to farmers, benefiting 12.5 crore individuals monthly. He assured continued government support for farmers, promising prompt procurement of crops at support prices and timely payments directly into their bank accounts.

During a Vijay Sankalp Rally, Saini addressed concerns over delayed compensation for farmers affected by natural calamities. He ordered the release of stuck funds and initiated an investigation into the delays. Personally inspecting wheat fields alongside senior leaders, Saini reaffirmed the government's commitment to farmers' welfare. 

However, the rally faced opposition as farmers staged a protest with black flags, demanding attention to their grievances. Despite heavy police presence, farmers congregated near the helipad, expressing discontent over unresolved issues. Detained by authorities, farmers from various unions voiced their concerns about agricultural policies and demanded accountability from the government.

The protest underscores ongoing tensions between farmers and the government, highlighting the need for dialogue and resolution of key issues affecting the agricultural community. As political campaigns intensify, the role of farmers and their demands for fair treatment remain pivotal in shaping the electoral landscape.
