Dera chief Ram Rahim, currently on parole, conveys a message to Dera followers about the upcoming Shri Ram Lala Pran-Pratishtha ceremony on January 22. After his release from Sunaria Jail in Haryana, he directly heads to the Barnawa Ashram in Uttar Pradesh. In a video message, he urges followers to celebrate the occasion resembling Diwali and instructs them not to visit the UP Barnawa Ashram. He also announces a month-long MSG Bhandara (community kitchen).

Having secured a 50-day parole, Ram Rahim arrives at the Sunaria Jail from Sirsa. However, the parole restricts him from visiting the Dera Sacha Sauda headquarters in Sirsa. The permission granted during parole or furlough requires him to stay at the Barnawa Ashram in Bagpat, Uttar Pradesh.

Ram Rahim's parole, granted on the grounds of visiting his ailing mother and overseeing the weddings of adopted daughters, aligns with the rules of prison regulations. Despite his temporary release, the Haryana CM, Manohar Lal Khattar, clarifies that Ram Rahim is not allowed to visit the Dera headquarters in Sirsa due to government restrictions.

The parole is backed by reasons such as visiting his ailing mother, previous medical treatment in a Gurugram hospital, arranging marriages of adopted daughters, and tending to his fields around the UP ashram. This parole follows Ram Rahim's previous plea for temporary release on compassionate grounds, demonstrating a series of judicial considerations and government approvals.
