Party Removes 6 District Presidents Accused of Internal Sabotage

The main reason for these changes is that some party members were accused of working against their own candidates in the recent Lok Sabha elections.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Haryana is making big changes in its local leadership. The party has removed six district presidents and appointed new ones in their place. This shake-up comes just before the state assembly elections. The main reason for these changes is that some party members were accused of working against their own candidates in the recent Lok Sabha elections.

Complaints Lead to Action

After the Lok Sabha elections, BJP MPs and candidates complained about some district presidents. They said these leaders didn't work hard enough for the party's success. Some were even accused of misusing party funds or working against BJP candidates. The party leaders, including Chief Minister Nayab Saini and former CM Manohar Lal Khattar, looked into these complaints.

 New Faces, New Hope

The BJP has changed district presidents in Hisar, Jind, Sirsa, Rewari, Kurukshetra, and Kaithal. To keep everyone happy, the removed leaders have been given new roles in the state executive committee. The party hopes these changes will help them do better in the coming state elections.

Balancing Caste and Community

The BJP has been clever in choosing new district presidents. They've tried to pick leaders who represent different castes and communities. For example:

1. In Hisar, they chose Ashok Saini, who has links with the RSS. This might help them get votes from the OBC and Saini communities.

2. In Sirsa, Shishpal Kamboj was appointed. The Kamboj community has a strong presence in several areas of Sirsa.

3. In Kurukshetra, Sushil Rana from the Rajput community was chosen.

This could help the party in both Kurukshetra and Karnal. These choices show that the BJP is trying to appeal to different groups of voters.

Learning from Past Mistakes

The BJP lost 5 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana. They believe internal sabotage played a role in at least 4 of these losses. The party has taken these losses seriously and is working to prevent similar problems in the state elections. They've collected feedback from party workers and even used intelligence reports to understand what went wrong.

By making these changes, the BJP is sending a clear message that they won't tolerate anyone working against the party's interests. They hope these new appointments will bring fresh energy and help them perform better in the upcoming state assembly elections.
