The Haryana government has taken a big step to help young people find jobs in the technology sector. In a recent Cabinet meeting led by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, the government introduced a new plan called the IT Saksham Yuva Scheme, 2024. This scheme aims to give jobs to 5,000 young people who have studied information technology.

IT Saksham Yuva Scheme: A Boost for Youth Employment

Under this new scheme, young people who have finished their college degrees in IT-related subjects will get special training. This training will last for at least three months. After the training, these young IT experts will be given jobs in different government departments, offices, or even in private companies. The government has promised to pay these young workers well. For the first six months, they will get Rs 20,000 every month. After that, their pay will increase to Rs 25,000 per month. If someone doesn't get a job right away, the government will still help by giving them Rs 10,000 every month until they find work.

Changes in Village Land Laws

In the same meeting, the Cabinet also decided to change some old laws about village lands. These changes will help many farmers who have been using certain lands for a long time. Now, if a farmer or their family has been using a piece of land for many years (since it was given to them under an old law from 1949), they can own that land officially.

This change will help thousands of farmers across Haryana who have been farming on these lands for decades. They will have to pay some money to the village council to get full ownership, but this will solve many old problems and court cases.

Other Important Decisions

The Cabinet made several other important decisions:

1. Changes in Sikh Gurdwara Management: They removed a rule that made people pay a fee to add their name to the voter list for Sikh Gurdwara committees. They also changed who can be the head of an important Sikh committee.

2. Village Boundary Changes: Two villages, Badanpur and Sunderpura, have been moved from one local area (tehsil) to another in Jind district.

3. Taking Over a Girls' College: The government will now run the Amarnath Bhagat Jairam Girls College in Kaithal.

These decisions show that the Haryana government is trying to improve life for young people, farmers, and others in the state. The IT scheme is especially important because it's part of a bigger plan to create 60,000 jobs for young people from families that don't have much money.

By offering good pay and training in the IT field, the government hopes to help young people start their careers and also bring more tech skills to different parts of the government and private businesses in Haryana.

The changes to village land laws could make a big difference for many farmers, giving them more security and possibly ending many long-running arguments about who owns which land.

As these new plans and changes start to happen, many people in Haryana will be watching to see how they work out and how they might change life in the state.
