The government of Haryana, a state in India, has made some big changes in its top jobs. Twelve very important officers, called IAS officers, have been given new work to do. This kind of change is called a reshuffle, and it's a big deal because these officers make important decisions for the state.

Let's look at some of the main changes:

Ankur Gupta, who has been working for the government since 1990, is now in charge of two departments: Cooperation and Personnel. This means he'll be helping people work together better and looking after government workers.

Anurag Rastogi, who started working at the same time as Ankur Gupta, has a very big job now. He's in charge of Finance and Planning, which means he'll help decide how to use the state's money. He's also looking after Home, Jails, and Criminal Investigation. Before, the Chief Secretary (the top officer) was doing this job.

Anand Mohan Sharan is now taking care of workers' rights in the Labour Department. He's also still in charge of protecting the environment and animals in the Forests and Wildlife Department.

Dr. Raja Sekar Vundru has a very important job helping farmers. He's now the head of the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department and the Animal Husbandry Department.

Vineet Garg is going to be in charge of schools in Haryana. His new title is Additional Chief Secretary of the School Education Department.

G Anupama has been given the job of helping people who need extra support. She's now in charge of the Social Justice and Empowerment Department.

Anurag Agarwal will be looking after roads and buildings, as well as water. He's the new head of the Public Works Department and the Irrigation Department.

Some other officers have been given new jobs too. Rajeev Ranjan will look after fishing. Mohd Shayin, who already has several jobs, will now also be in charge of colleges and universities.

PC Meena is going to be the top officer in the Hisar area, while Geeta Bharti will be in charge of the Ambala area. She'll also help people from scheduled castes with money matters.

Rajiv Rattan, who already has many jobs in education, will now also be the top officer in the Karnal area. Renu Phulia, who used to do this job, is now free to do other work.

These changes are important because they can affect how things are done in Haryana. New leaders often bring new ideas and ways of doing things. The government hopes that by moving these officers around, they can make life better for people in Haryana.

When governments make big changes like this, they usually want to improve how things work. They might put officers in charge of areas where they have special knowledge or skills. Or they might move people to give them new experiences.

For the people of Haryana, these changes could mean new policies or different ways of getting help from the government. It's a good idea for people to learn about who's in charge of different departments, especially if they need help with things like farming, education, or social services.
