Sandeep, a dedicated commuter from Ganaur to Panipat, deviated from his routine today. His eyes welled with tears, heart brimming with anticipation, and cheeks flushed with excitement. The reason? The prospect of catching a glimpse of Manohar Lal Khattar, steadfastly supporting Mohan Lal Badoli. In a heartfelt message to his employer, he texted, "Ram Ram Bhaisahab Ji, aaj factory na aaunga. Mhare Khattar Ji aarahe hai mhare gaon. Mein kal factory aata hu, bhaisahab."

Today, Haryana stands on the cusp of an emotional milestone in a display of unprecedented support and enthusiasm, former Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar, led a mega Vijay Sankalp Rally today at Ganaur, Sonipat, endorsing Lok Sabha candidate Mohan Lal Badoli. The event, attended by over 15,000 fervent supporters, marked a significant moment in Haryana's political landscape.

Khattar, renowned for his progressive policies and transformative governance, was warmly received by the crowd, underscoring the deep-rooted admiration and trust he commands among the populace.

The rally served as a testament to the enduring popularity of Khattar's leadership and the impactful strides taken by the 'double engine government' in the state. The Modi-Khattar effect has been instrumental in spearheading numerous initiatives aimed at propelling Haryana towards economic prosperity and social development. Under their stewardship, Haryana has emerged as a magnet for investments and a hub of opportunities, embodying the vision of 'Viksit Haryana for Viksit Bharat'.

Addressing the gathering, Khattar reiterated his commitment to fostering cooperative federalism and driving holistic development, echoing the collective aspirations of a Viksit Bharat by 2047. The rally, infused with patriotic fervor and untiring support, emphasized the staunch resolve of Haryana's electorate to chart a path towards progress and prosperity.

As the political landscape evolves, Khattar's rally stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of visionary leadership and the collective determination to realize a brighter future for Haryana and the nation at large.

Haryana's rise as an investment destination is nothing short of spectacular, with exports soaring and MSMEs mushrooming across the state. The strategic alignment with national initiatives like the PM Gati Shakti Yojana and the establishment of industrial parks exemplify Haryana's proactive approach towards economic prosperity. The state's healthcare infrastructure has received a significant boost, with the establishment of medical universities and skill development centers catering to the evolving needs of the populace.

In 2014, the state had one medical university, but this number has now risen to two. Similarly, the count of medical colleges has surged from 6 in 2014 to 15, and the MBBS seats have increased from 700 to 2185. Moreover, the number of PG seats in medical colleges has grown from 289 to 1006. The state has further enhanced nutritional outcomes for children, adolescents, pregnant women, and lactating mothers through the POSHAN Abhiyan. Presently, the state boasts nearly 14,000 Anganwadi centers (as of March 2023), all equipped with Poshan Vatikas.

Traditional artisans today receive significant support under the PM Vishwakarma Yojana, with the government allocating Rs. 13,000 crore to bring about constructive change in their lives. Moreover, the government ensures support for impoverished, Dalit, and marginalized communities through schemes such as the PM Mudra Yojana and PM SVANidhi (for street vendors). Notably, disbursements under PM SVANidhi increased from 16.78 crore in FY21 to 18.08 crore in FY23, indicating the growing impact of these initiatives. These concerted efforts have resulted in a notable reduction in the number of multidimensional poor in the state. According to a NITI Aayog report (2023), the percentage of multifaceted poor has decreased from 11.88% to 7% between 2016 and 2021.

In agriculture, the state has embarked on a transformative journey, empowering farmers with access to credit and insurance schemes. Schemes like PM-KISAN and PM Fasal Bima Yojana have provided a safety net for farmers, ensuring their livelihood security. Today, PM-KISAN has benefitted almost 20 lakh farmers in the state with an assistance of over Rs. 5,000 crore. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana have elevated the standard of living, while initiatives like the Jal Jeevan Mission have ensured access to potable water for rural households. Today, over 95% of the rural population in Haryana has access to potable drinking water.

Cultural preservation and promotion have been integral to Haryana's development narrative, with initiatives like the PM Vishwakarma Yojana fostering artisanal traditions and 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' fostering cultural exchange. The state's rich heritage is being showcased through initiatives like the Anubhav Kendra Jyotisar and the development of archaeological sites like Rakhi Garhi.

Anubhav Kendra Jyotisar, Kurukshetra—a museum that will bring Mahabharata and the teachings of Shri Krishna and Gita to life. Built at around Rs. 240 crore, the museum spans over 17 acres and leverages modern technology such as augmented reality, projection mapping and 3D laser to give visitors an immersive, enriching experience.

In the textile and apparel sector, Haryana's prowess shines through, with a significant contribution to India's exports. With over 35% of carpets and 20% of garments manufactured in the state, Haryana is cementing its position as a textile powerhouse.

From bolstering transparency in government job recruitments to empowering the youth through the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, the state has witnessed a paradigm shift under the astute leadership of Manohar Lal Khattar. The establishment of all-women police stations, initiatives like Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, and a surge in infrastructure projects underscore the government's untiring commitment to holistic development.

The 'double engine government' has proven instrumental in leveraging resources for comprehensive growth, be it in agriculture, infrastructure, or education. Prime Minister Modi emphasised, 'The double-engine government of Haryana is committed to building world-class infrastructure,'" during the foundation stone laying ceremony for development projects valued at nearly Rs. 10,000 crore in February 2024. These projects encompass the Metro Rail, which will be developed at an estimated cost of approximately Rs. 5,450 crore.

As Haryana embarks on this journey of transformation, it beckons us to witness history in the making. The dawn of a new era, led by visionary leadership and fueled by the aspirations of its people, promises a brighter tomorrow for the state and the nation at large.
