The four-day India International Science Festival 2023 concluded in Faridabad, Haryana, with Chief Minister Manohar Lal in attendance as the chief guest at the closing ceremony. Alongside him, Higher Education Minister Moolchand Sharma also graced the occasion at the THSTI Biotech Institute, where notable figures in the field of science were present.

During the closing ceremony, Chief Minister Manohar Lal made a significant announcement, gifting Gurugram and Faridabad a 50-acre land each for the construction of Science Cities. These cities are envisioned to become hubs for scientific research and innovation, contributing to the advancement of science and technology in the region.

Acknowledging the global impact of Indian scientists during the COVID-19 pandemic, Chief Minister Manohar Lal praised the swift development of two vaccines under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership. He emphasized that these vaccines not only provided relief to the people of India but were also distributed globally, showcasing India's scientific prowess on the world stage.

The Science Mela held in Faridabad attracted around 5,000 students from across the country, prompting Chief Minister Manohar Lal to express his gratitude for their enthusiastic participation. He underscored the timeless relevance of science, emphasizing that it is not confined to a particular state or country but serves the entire world. Lal highlighted the significant contributions of Indian scientists in various fields such as national supercomputing, semiconductor technology, hydrogen mission, drone technology, digital virtual systems, energy, health, environmental industries, and agriculture.

Moreover, the Chief Minister touched upon the recent advancements in drone technology, enabling women to use DT drones for agricultural activities. He also discussed the utilization of science in various sectors like national supercomputing, semiconductor technology, hydrogen mission, drone technology, digital virtual systems, energy, health, environmental industries, and agriculture, emphasizing the role of science in building a developed India.

In conclusion, Chief Minister Manohar Lal expressed his deep respect for the ancestors who struggled for centuries and announced the onset of the envisioned 'Ram Rajya.' Drawing parallels between the historical context of the construction of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya and the contemporary resolution of the Ayodhya land dispute, Lal asserted that the time for the construction of the Ram Temple had arrived, signifying the realization of a long-standing dream. He further challenged his opposition, who had previously questioned the timing of temple construction, stating that the temple is now built, and the time has come for them to answer.
