Passengers traveling on the Hisar-Ayodhya flight route have expressed serious concerns over Alliance Air's service quality after facing multiple issues during their recent journey between May 23-25.

The trouble began on May 23 when passengers complained about the aircraft's malfunctioning air-conditioning system during their flight to Ayodhya. "The AC was barely working, and it felt suffocating inside the plane," said one frustrated passenger. Videos shared on social media showed elderly passengers desperately using newspapers to fan themselves throughout the uncomfortable journey.

The situation worsened during the return trip on May 25 when passengers were informed at Ayodhya airport that their flight would not land in Hisar as scheduled. Instead, the aircraft was diverted to Delhi, citing poor weather conditions in Hisar.

However, passengers questioned this explanation after contacting their families back home. "We received delay notifications through email alerts initially, but later learned about the complete diversion at the airport. When we called our relatives in Hisar, they confirmed the weather was perfectly clear," explained another traveler.

The unexpected diversion left passengers stranded at Delhi airport around 8 PM, forcing them to arrange and pay for their own transportation back to Hisar through hired taxis.

Anjani Kumar Khariawala, president of the Agarsain Bhawan Trust, which sponsors elderly citizens' pilgrimage trips to Ayodhya, announced plans for legal action. "We will file a case in consumer court against Alliance Air for this negligence. Our senior citizens faced tremendous inconvenience due to their poor service," Khariawala stated firmly.

The Hisar-Ayodhya-Delhi flight service, which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 14, has been plagued with operational issues since its launch. Passengers have repeatedly complained about poor management, frequent delays, and inadequate basic facilities.

When contacted for response, Alliance Air manager Ranjan Datta mentioned he was occupied in a meeting and would provide clarification later.
