Haryana BJP Chief Named in Counter-FIR After Gang Rape Allegations

Haryanvi singer Rocky Mittal has filed a police complaint in the Kasauli gang rape case alleging a honeytrap conspiracy against him and BJP State President Mohan Lal Badoli. The case gained attention in December 2024 in which gang rape allegations are made against these two important figures. Now Police has arrested three persons based on Mittal's complaint.

Threatening Calls to Mittal

In the FIR filed by Rocky Mittal, he alleged that he received threatening calls on September 9 demanding that he arrange a meeting with BJP President Mohan Lal Badoli otherwise both of them will be implicated in false cases. Mittal also revelaed that the woman demanded 50 lakh rupees in January 2025 and threatening of several consequences if he refused. Mittal also told about the time when the same woman who filed the case against him came to his house and created a scene in order to hamper his reputatiion in the society. 

Used AI to Create fake Videos 

In his complaint, Mittal alleged that the accused group specializes in creating fake videos using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to blackmail individuals. He stated that the group had attempted to trap him and Badoli in Goa and Delhi but failed due to their clean public image. The singer also mentioned having recorded phone calls as evidence of the conspiracy.

Initial Case and Developments

The original FIR was filed on December 13, 2024, when a payment blamed BJP state president, Mohan Lal Badoli and famous singer Rocky Mittal for forcing her to drink alcohol and sexually assaulting her at a hotel in Kasauli. However, after the FIR, the case took unexpected when the victims friend held up as conference in Panchkula and denied any rape, any denying any rape occurred, and stating that her friend stating that she had only met Mittal at hotel and never seen Mohanlal Badoli. She also stated that her friend came to her house crying and stating that if we keep on with the case we will receive money and her boss will get a party ticket. 

Mohanlal Badoli dismissed the allegations as political stunt while Amit Bindal who was named in Rocky Mittal‘s FIR counter FR suggested that witnesses could be bought or intimidated. The case is still in the headlines as investigations, proceeded on both complainants, highlighting the complex intersection of politics, entertainment and crime in Haryana.
