Popular Instagram Influencer 'Jammu Ki Dhadkan' Found Dead in Gurugram Apartment

Late Wednesday night, the vibrant life of 25-year-old Simran Singh, a freelance radio jockey and Instagram influencer, came to a tragic end in her rented apartment in Gurugram's Sector 47. The discovery was made around 9:30 PM when her roommate alerted authorities after Simran remained unresponsive in her locked room.

A Rising Social Media Star

Known affectionately as "Jammu Ki Dhadkan" (Heartbeat of Jammu), Simran had built a significant social media presence with 682,000 followers on Instagram. Her content resonated with thousands, making her a recognized voice from Jammu and Kashmir. Her final Instagram reel, posted on December 13, showed no apparent signs of distress, making her death even more shocking to her followers.

No Suicide Note Found 

Police found Simran hanging in her room after forcing entry. No suicide note was recovered from the premises, though initial investigations suggest suicide as the probable cause. Following standard procedure, a postmortem examination was conducted, and her body was released to her family. 

Family Concerns and Response 

While family members had expressed concerns about Simran's wellbeing before her death, they have not filed any formal complaints suggesting. The young influencer had been living in the Gurugram apartment for several months with friends. 

The news of Simran's sudden passing has triggered an outpouring of grief on social media platforms, with fans and followers sharing memories and expressing shock at the loss of the cheerful personality. Her death has also sparked conversations about mental health in the influencer community.
