CM Saini urged government officers to look beyond paperwork and understand the human stories behind every application. "Each file represents someone's struggle or hardship. The ceremony highlighted Haryana's progress in digital governance, with several districts receiving recognition for their innovative approaches. Kaithal district secured the top position, followed by Fatehabad and Jhajjar, for successfully implementing digital initiatives that have made government services more accessible to citizens. The awards celebrated the transformation of local governance through technology adoption.

From 'Sushasan' to 'Sewa': A Decade of Progress

Reflecting on the BJP's ten-year governance in Haryana, CM Saini outlined how the state has evolved from focusing on good governance (sushasan) to emphasizing service delivery (sewa). He attributed this success to three key pillars: proper intent (niyat), unwavering commitment (nishtha), and effective policy-making (niti). The Chief Minister highlighted how these elements have helped create a corruption-free administrative environment.

Nayab Saini highlighted significant achievement of Haryana during the celebration was the modernization of land management systems. The government has implemented online NOC issuance and the Web-Halris system, making land registration more transparent and efficient. These digital initiatives aim to eliminate irregularities and enhance citizen convenience in property-related transactions.
