Congress Leader Deepender Hooda Optimistic after Rajasthan Elections

Congress Leader Deepender Hooda

In the aftermath of the Rajasthan elections, Haryana Congress leader Deepender Hooda expressed his gratitude, claiming a substantial victory in approximately 50 out of 70 seats bordering Haryana. Notably, the Shekhawati belt in North Rajasthan, encompassing districts like Neem ka Thana, Jhunjhunu, and Sikar, witnessed a remarkable performance by Congress, securing 29 out of 34 seats.

Highlighting the party's success in regions bordering Mewat, Hooda presented a map of Rajasthan, delineating the areas where Congress emerged victorious. He extended his gratitude to voters across the four states that recently underwent elections, emphasizing the support garnered for Congress.

Hooda noted that these elections were unique as they were contested without the prominence of Chief Ministerial candidates, centring solely on the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He asserted that if future general elections were fought based on the Prime Minister's name alone, Congress would undoubtedly secure more votes.

Sharing his specific involvement in the electoral process, Hooda remarked, "In the assembly constituencies where Hooda Saheb and I were on duty, Congress candidates have won most of the seats with huge margins." The statement reflected the positive outcomes witnessed in areas where Hooda and his team actively campaigned.

The Congress leader acknowledged the passion and support among party workers in Haryana, attributing it to the resounding mandate received in regions neighbouring Haryana. In a forward-looking statement, he anticipated strong support and affection for Congress in the 2024 elections in Haryana under the leadership of former Chief Minister Bhupinder Hooda.

In conclusion, Deepender Hooda expressed gratitude to the people of the four states and Congress workers, highlighting the optimism within the party ranks following the recent electoral successes.
