In a move to strengthen legislative efficiency, Haryana's newly elected Deputy Speaker, Dr. Krishan Chand Middha, has announced special coaching classes for first-time Members of Legislative Assembly (MLAs) to teach them effective speaking skills in the Vidhan Sabha.

The initiative targets 40 new legislators, comprising 23 from BJP, 13 from Congress, two from INLD, and two Independents. "We will not only provide adequate speaking time but also conduct coaching sessions to help them understand how to effectively communicate in the Vidhan Sabha," Middha explained during a media interaction at a BJP workshop in the state headquarters.

The BJP has already demonstrated confidence in its first-time MLAs by elevating several to prominent positions, including Cabinet and state minister roles. Notable appointments include Shruti Choudhry, Arti Singh Rao, Gaurav Gautam, and Arvind Sharma.

During the same event, BJP's state in-charge Satish Poonia highlighted the party's successful membership drive and organizational strength. "Our party operates on worker strength, constitution, and tradition. The membership drive forms the foundation of our organization," Poonia stated, emphasizing how BJP workers effectively countered Congress's election narrative to secure a third term.

Poonia further expressed confidence in Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini's leadership, stating that people recognize BJP as the only party capable of ensuring Haryana's development and welfare for all sections of society.
