In a move that could shake up the Haryana political landscape, the Jannayak Janta Party (JJP) and Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) alliance has unveiled its manifesto for the upcoming Haryana Assembly elections. The document, titled "Jansewa Patra," outlines a series of ambitious promises that target key voter groups across the state.

JJP leader Dushyant Chautala, speaking at a press conference in Sirsa, announced the alliance's commitment to procure all crops at Minimum Support Price (MSP). "Every grain and crop grown in Haryana will be bought at MSP," Chautala declared, addressing a major concern of the state's farming community.

The manifesto also tackles unemployment, promising a monthly allowance of Rs 11,000 for jobseekers. Additionally, the alliance plans to increase the old age pension to Rs 5,100 per month, a move likely to appeal to senior citizens.

Farmers stand to benefit further from the proposed "Jannayak Fasal Suraksha Scheme," which would see the state government covering crop insurance premiums. The alliance has also pledged Rs 25,000 per acre as compensation for crop damage.

Education and youth empowerment feature prominently in the manifesto. Students from rural areas would receive extra weightage in job applications and higher education admissions. The alliance also promises to conduct annual student union elections and provide scooties to girls from poor families who have completed Class 12.

Women's issues are addressed through commitments to provide one lakh government jobs to women and build a hostel for working women in Gurugram. Pregnant women would receive Rs 5,000 monthly for healthcare and food.

The manifesto includes plans for industrial development, promising to establish industrial areas in every district, potentially creating jobs for one lakh young people. Sports enthusiasts can look forward to new facilities, including an international sports stadium in Jhajjar and a kabaddi stadium in Sonipat.

Other notable promises include the restoration of the old pension scheme for government employees, the construction of Ambedkar Hostels in every sub-division, and the establishment of a modern film city in Hisar.

As the election approaches, The Haryana Story will continue to provide in-depth coverage of campaign developments and manifesto promises from all parties. Stay tuned for expert analysis and voter reactions to these ambitious proposals.
